1. Agreement
By accessing or using NanoSaaS.ai (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. The Service
NanoSaaS.ai provides a spec-driven marketplace for micro-apps and related artifacts, including hosted solutions and downloadable content. Features, availability, and pricing may change. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the platform or other users.
4. Creators and buyers
Creators publish solutions according to platform rules and applicable specifications. Buyers obtain rights to use purchased solutions as described at the time of purchase. Revenue splits, payouts, and payment processing are handled through third-party providers (e.g. Stripe) subject to their terms. Disputes between users should first be directed to support; we are not obligated to mediate every dispute.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, harass others, scrape or overload systems without permission, or attempt unauthorized access. Specs and generated content must not include unlawful material or content designed to deceive or harm end users.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its branding, and platform software are owned by NanoSaaS.ai or its licensors. Creators retain rights in their specifications and offerings subject to licenses granted to buyers through the marketplace. You grant us a license to host, process, and display content you submit as needed to operate the Service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NanoSaaS.ai and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
